		<description>John, I would but the file seems to big.  I&#039;ve tried emailing it in the past and even compressed it just takes forever or times out.  Have you tried both ways of downloading it?  Either right clicking the link and choosing &quot;save target as&quot; or &quot;save link as&quot; depending on whether you&#039;re using internet explorer or firefox?  Or opening it within your browser, clicking file, then choosing &quot;save as...?&quot; (make sure to give it a shot in both internet explorer and firefox)  Finally, make sure to try at different times of the day.  Some hours of the day there seem to be a lot of people trying to access it at once, making it take forever to load.  Most of the time it seems to work though.  If all these methods fail, let me know.</description>
